Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between TRM Event (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the Client (“you” or “your”). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of 30% advance payment of the total agreed cost.

  • The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Payment Terms

  • 30% Advance at the time of booking (Non-refundable).

  • 50% Payment to be made at least 15 days before the event date.

  • Remaining 20% to be paid on or before the last day prior to the event.

3. Non-Payment / Delay in Payment

  • TRM Event reserves the right to withhold or stop services until outstanding payments are cleared.

  • Delays in payment may result in additional charges or service cancellation without refund of advance.

  • In case of default, the Client shall be liable for recovery costs, legal expenses, and interest at 18% p.a. on overdue amounts.

4. Taxes

  • All charges are exclusive of GST.

  • 18% GST will be added to the total billing amount.

5. Scope of Services

  • Services will be provided as per the agreed proposal/quotation.

  • Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

6. Generator & Diesel Charges

  • If a power generator is required, diesel charges will be payable by the Client in addition to service charges.

  • Charges will be based on actual consumption during the event.

7. Permissions & Licenses

  • Any required permissions, licenses, or approvals are the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Event Delays or Cancellations

  • TRM Event is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, government restrictions).

  • In such cases, the advance payment will not be refunded.

9. Client’s Responsibility

  • The Client must ensure timely coordination, venue access, and necessary arrangements for smooth execution.

  • Damage to Property – Any damage to TRM Event’s property, equipment, or décor caused due to negligence will be chargeable to the Client.

10. Force Majeure & Vendor Performance

  • TRM Event shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, severe weather, pandemics, technical failures, etc.

  • We act as a coordinator for third-party vendors (catering, décor, entertainment, photography, etc.) but are not responsible for delays or failures caused by them beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
